NetVision

NetVision is our longest standing product: a Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system deployed in numerous South East European locations. Most notably, the software is deployed at the Croatian Transmission System Operator National Dispatching Center.

NetVision supports standard protocols both at the Centre-Centre and Centre-Object levels:

• IEC 60870-5-101
• IEC 60870-5-104
• IEC 60870-6 (TASE.2/ICCP)

Supported equipment data acquisition protocols are:

• IEC 60870-5-103
• IEC 61850
• Modbus RTU/TCP
• OPC
• SNMP
• ADS (Beckhoff Automation)

NetVision architecture differentiates between Communication, Process, Network and Visual models. Our approach applies equally both to the energy or any other large-scale networks (gas, water and sewage, fibreoptic); as well as to simple process schemata.

Communication protocols are certified by DNV GL (KEMA) which guarantees interoperability and successful system integration:

• IEC 60870-5-104 Master
• IEC 60870-5-104 Slave
• IEC 61850 Client Edition 2
• IEC 60870-6 (TASE.2/ICCP)

Dual configuration features

To build SCADA systems with higher reliability and availability, NetVision supports dual operation at the Communications and Process levels. Configuring an adequate degree of hardware redundancy and setting-up Microsoft SQL Server in Mirrored or Clustered configuration will enable continuous operation in the face of faults. This makes NetVision suitable for critical network objects and control Centers.
